Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
KPMG-UnitedKingdom is seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Tax Team as a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing corporate tax advice and support to help them achieve their commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing corporate tax advice to clients, including tax structuring, compliance, governance, and refinancing. You will also work closely with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to oversee their input into tax advisory projects. Additionally, you will coach and develop more junior members of the team, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and support the preparation of proposals for new work.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in corporate tax and accounting, with a qualification such as ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop, coach, and mentor staff. A commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and progressing business opportunities, are also essential.
