Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at You First Support Services Cic. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing support for neurodivergent people, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health illness and complex support needs.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years management experience in Adult Health and Social Care, ideally as a Registered Person. They will also hold a valid Full UK driving license and be willing to travel across the County. Additionally, they will have a desire to be/apply for Registered Manager Status with the Care Quality Commission.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience of working with people who are neurodiverse. They will also have experience in mentoring and coaching team members and be able to form positive working relationships with all stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,555 PA Pro Rata, a generous annual leave package of 7 weeks per year, inclusive of bank holidays, and a supportive and inclusive working environment.
