Job Title: Outdoor Learning Facilitator

The Institute for Outdoor Learning is looking for an Outdoor Learning Facilitator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people through outdoor education.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people, a passion for outdoor activities, and a desire to contribute to the development of new program ideas and initiatives. The role involves working in a rural setting, delivering outdoor education programs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of national guidelines and best practices.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post involves flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends, and requires an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality outdoor education programs for young people.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
  3. Contribute to the development of new program ideas and initiatives.
