About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Hygiene team, you will be responsible for coordinating hygiene staff and ensuring that work is carried out correctly and efficiently to meet the expectations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hygiene staff to ensure effective operation and efficiency
  • Ensure CIC documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Conduct monthly chemical spend reviews and raw production analysis
  • Ensure the availability of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment
  • Plan, supervise, and motivate team members in all processes and tasks
  • Manage the hygiene team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency at all times
  • Coordinate corrective actions in response to audits and visits
  • Identify key areas of risk in food operations and implement early remedial actions
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place
  • Optimize staff and plant resources to improve efficiency and productivity

Working Hours

This is a Monday to Friday role, with a full job description available upon request.
