We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on ER casework and coaching the management team
  • Be the HR guru for employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategy
  • Support the other People Partners and Advisors on site
  • Be hands-on and involved in a range of HR tasks wherever necessary
