Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience. Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President, you will assist with valuation analysis and oversight on a portfolio of private debt investments. You will work closely with the Valuation Committee, the Fund Finance Team, the Investment Team, and the Portfolio Data Team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of valuations. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Credit Valuation Analysis: Develop and implement effective valuation methodologies ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance valuation processes, resolving queries and driving improvements.
  3. Team Collaboration: Contribute to the preparation and delivery of accurate NAV reports and valuation outputs, supporting the team's objectives.
  4. Audit Support: Assist in managing annual audits related to valuations, maintaining open communication channels with external audit teams.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, guaranteeing compliance throughout.

Knowledge and Experience Required: To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a professional qualification (ACA / CFA / ACCA / FMVA) and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience within valuations, preferably in a global consulting firm focusing on private credit valuation. A strong understanding of valuation techniques, financial modeling, and regulatory requirements is essential. Relevant experience in accounting or auditing, particularly in private equity funds/illiquid investments and/or company valuations, is also crucial.
