Exciting Opportunity: Sourcing Operations Manager Position
Are you an experienced professional ready to step into the role of Sourcing Operations Manager? Join Liberty Global Europe Ltd. and spearhead sourcing initiatives for our esteemed clientele. In this position, you will be instrumental in steering sourcing processes, renegotiating agreements, and overseeing sourcing operations across various client locations. Collaborate with the Sourcing Strategy team to ensure effective execution of sourcing plans and achieve targeted results.
This dynamic position will expose you to a wide range of procurement categories, offering a challenging and fulfilling experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities and foster supplier innovation, enhancing your procurement acumen.
We are looking for a driven individual with a background in procurement and experience in a global context. As a Sourcing Operations Manager, you will exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional results and meeting cost-saving objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Execution: Partner with the Category Intelligence team to formulate and execute sourcing strategies. Lead tendering processes, supplier selection, and negotiation efforts, ensuring optimal outcomes for the organization.
Contract Management: Oversee contract agreements and manage the contract approval workflow, driving value recognition and cost savings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless sourcing operations and achieve desired outcomes.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Assist internal clients throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing contract renewals efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Preferred Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a global setting.
Skills & Competencies
Develop exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate proficiency in procurement tools and systems, with a focus on achieving results and driving enhancements.
