We are looking for a highly motivated MEP Planner to join our team in London. The successful candidate will develop programmes covering key design, procurement, and construction activities, provide progress briefings to senior management, conduct regular site visits, produce detailed client-facing programmes, liaise with on-site teams, attend meetings and training sessions, review and monitor project progress and alterations, assess impact on schedules, perform delay analysis and compile reports to support any Extension of Time (EOT) applications as required, maintain precise records, stay informed on legislative developments, and act in alignment with the company's best interests.

Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop programmes covering key design, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Provide progress briefings to senior management.
  • Conduct regular site visits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. You should also have proficient planning skills at the tender stage and in contractual processes, a strong understanding of all MEP elements, extensive experience in the construction process from feasibility to project completion, skilled IT tool user preferably in Asta PowerProject/MS Project, methodical and organised approach, demonstrates commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, effective multitasking skills, and confident delivery of briefings.
