Job Title: Team Supervisor
Job Summary:
Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Supervisor to join our management team. As a Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) service in Rochester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.
- Develop and implement care plans to support individuals with acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
- Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct supervision and appraisals to support staff growth and development.
- Manage medication, finances, and day-to-day operations of the service.
- Work collaboratively with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or social care setting.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience handling medication and delegating to a large staff team.
- Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
