Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Leader to join our team at a Residential Children's Home in South London.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position, where you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and supporting the well-being of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring high standards of care and support for residents.
  2. To work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the home, including shifts, rotas, and staff supervision.
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Ofsted compliance requirements.

Requirements

You will need:

  • A strong background in childcare or residential care, preferably with experience as a team leader or manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external agencies.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on meeting individual needs and promoting positive outcomes.
