Facilities Assistant Coordinator

As a Facilities Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and comfortable for staff and visitors.
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance tasks, managing supplies, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks
- Managing supplies and inventory
- Ensuring all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
- Providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors
