Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager at Aldi UK.

As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager with tasks such as delivery coordination, order placement, and customer query resolution
  • Leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

  • Salary up to £43,440 per annum*
  • Flexible 40- or 45-hour contracts; often working over 5 days, but with the option to work a 40-hour contract over 4 days if needed
