Cleveland Metroparks is seeking a skilled Park Maintenance Worker to maintain and enhance the park's facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, weed trimming, and building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on park facilities and grounds.
- Make minor mechanical repairs and service on division's equipment as directed.
- Work with semi-skilled and skilled-level employees to complete construction renovation projects and repair work of facilities.
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Respond to hazardous situations and/or potentially unsafe conditions by taking corrective action as capable and promptly notifying supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs and maintenance.
