Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance on our CNC Drilling machines, Automated Bandsaws, Presses, Shrink Wrappers, and Conveyors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Carry out fault finding and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical bias with ability to fault find and read schematics
  • Experience with CNC machines and Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
