Resident Liaison Officer

Setsquare Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in the Oxford area.
This is a long-term temporary to permanent role, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
