Security Team Leader Job Description

Bridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Team Leader to join one of our clients, an award-winning national cleaning and security services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Security Team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review work performance of the security team to ensure the required expectations are met daily
  • Monitor performance standards for the site daily
  • Demonstrate exceptional high levels of customer service
  • Advise the Manager of stock levels and uniform requirements for the site
  • Report time keeping issues to the Manager
  • Ensure that the Manager is informed of all matters that are of interest or concern at the earliest possible opportunity
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current H&S legislation
  • Ensure that incidents are reported and documented
