Security Team Leader Opportunity

Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Security Team Leader to join one of our clients, a leading national cleaning and security services provider. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth in the North East, and we are looking for a motivated individual to lead a team of security professionals at one of their retail sites in County Durham.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with relevant qualifications and knowledge of CCTV and security systems. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the performance of the security team, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded. You will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and provide advice to the Manager on stock levels and uniform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work performance of the security team to ensure daily expectations are met
  • Monitor performance standards for the site daily
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Advise the Manager on stock levels and uniform requirements
  • Report time-keeping issues to the Manager
