Job Summary

This role involves maintaining and improving the reliability of our manufacturing equipment. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will work closely with our production team to ensure minimum downtime and improve long-term machine reliability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execution of the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer's plan to work preventatively in addition to reactively
  • Use of appropriate root cause analysis tools & 5S
  • Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, looking at ways to engineer out persistent problems
  • Accurately record all maintenance tasks performed on an electronic reporting system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal engineering qualification (C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship trained)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
