Co-Pack Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Co-Pack Manager to lead our Co-Pack division, driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Division Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and operational excellence in the Co-Pack division.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end co-pack process, ensuring all projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
  • KPI Delivery: Achieve divisional KPIs for new business, revenue, and profit.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of P&L, cost management, and commercial strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Communication: Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
