About the Role

The Uber Ads team seeks an experienced Associate Partner Manager to drive revenue, client education, and satisfaction within the CPG/FMCG sector. As a key member of the team, you will work strategically to bring value and efficiency across various stakeholders, promoting the adoption of advertising products across Uber Rides and Uber Eats.

Responsibilities include campaign execution, account management, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve mutually beneficial results. You will support partner managers and client partners by developing and overseeing ad partnership strategies that meet clients' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to meet clients' objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising account management and/or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational abilities, with a focus on negotiation and problem-solving techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with SQL and data-related qualifications a plus.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location and experience.
