Job Overview:
To maintain strong relationships with blue chip customers and ensure the maintenance and servicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems. This role involves visiting customer sites and requires a customer-focused individual who can work as part of a team, interact with colleagues and clients in a professional manner, and present a positive image of the Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all paperwork and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Manage workload, quality management, and achieve company KPI's for attendance in line with the clients SLA.
- Collaborate with the team, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Johnson Controls are understood and met.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience working in a similar role.
- Experience of working within the Security/CCTV/Access Control sector.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills, planning, communication, time keeping, and a flexible approach to work.
- Experience with CCure, Genetec, VideoEdge, Milestone, and Avigilon.
