Senior Construction Project Coordinator

Magnus James is currently seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join their team in Newton Aycliffe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or Quality Manager, with a main contractor construction background.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Act as the principal point of contact with clients regarding construction quality and project progress.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems to ensure consistent high-quality services.
- Conduct site inspections and report writing to identify defects, snags, and construction quality issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a wide understanding of the building industry. A competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 (dependent on experience) is offered, along with car allowance, discretionary bonus, matched pension, and more within the benefits package.
