About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, and driving sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage customer interactions, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales and customer retention by promoting membership options and upselling services.
  • Process transactions, manage customer data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
