Opus People Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Housing Surveyor to join their team in Redditch. As a hybrid, flexible role, you will be responsible for building contract administration, preparing legal contract tender documentation, and supervising capital contracts for housing.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake building contract administration and prepare legal contract tender documentation
Supervise and monitor capital contracts for housing
Deliver a reactive maintenance service, engaging with residents to provide support and advice
Ensure properties are effectively maintained, repairs are undertaken promptly, and contractors are monitored and supervised

Requirements:

HND or equivalent in a building-related subject
Relevant experience in a building-related subject
