About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our fleet of vehicles, driving operational excellence and strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of our fleet, and implementing processes to improve productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure the effective maintenance and repair of our fleet
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
