About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cleaning Professional to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' homes and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, adhering to health and safety procedures and using cleaning products effectively.
  • Report to the Location Manager and work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently, following COSHH guidelines.
  • Understand and adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies, safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Requirements

  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team, prioritizing and planning around customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
