About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of communal areas and resident rooms.
  • Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
