Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing restaurant team, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and career progression.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to design and launch new menus, promotions, and events that align with our brand values and customer preferences.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.

Requirements
