Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets our clients' and customers' expectations
  • Oversee menu changes and identify opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listen to customer feedback and implement changes to consistently improve our food services
  • Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image
  • Monitor inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
  • Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Experience in a similar Chef role
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible approach to working
