Portfolio Manager Opportunity

Cer Financial Ltd is seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our syndicated loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with facility documentation and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Main Objectives
  1. Act as primary point of contact for borrower-syndicate bank communication.
  2. Monitor project documentation, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of covenant compliance reports.
  3. Set up new transactions, handle waiver and consent requests, and review documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in handling agency mandates and syndicated transactions, with solid understanding of project finance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with business fluency in English and additional European languages.

Estimated annual salary range $150,000 - $200,000.
