Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Salt, an industry leader in the gaming space. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing intelligence solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement marketing mix modelling solutions to optimize marketing efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of data analysts to build and maintain econometric models for different brands and markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain marketing optimisation tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation.
  • Contribute to the development of a best-in-class internal econometrics capability.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing mix modelling in a dynamic and fast-paced business.
  • Strong background in SQL and Python (or R) programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex topics to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking in marketing mix modelling.
