We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Site Lead, responsible for leading patient flow across the hospital and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal bed management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 7 within Clinical Site Management, with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. They will be well-versed in the latest policies and procedures and able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary package of £61,927 - £68,676 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational management systems to optimize bed utilization and reduce delays.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, nursing managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Act as first responder to ward and department patient issues, liaising with on-call medical teams to ensure timely and safe resolution.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism throughout the hospital.
