Protocol Education Ltd is actively recruiting for an experienced English Teacher to support London Secondary Schools. This role offers daily cover, part-time or full-time flexibility with a competitive salary.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified English Teacher to join our team at an Ofsted 'GOOD' rated Secondary School in Central London. As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality English Education to students between Key Stages 3 and 4.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons up to GCSE-level.
  • Assess and provide regular feedback to students to foster their academic growth.
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love for Language and Literature.
  • Collaborate with the English Department and Learning Support Assistants to enhance overall learning experience.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: QTS and an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service.
  • Knowledge and Skills: An understanding and preferably experience of teaching English up to GCSE-level, and the ability to adapt lessons according to the level and capacity of the class.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
