We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with moderate learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing academic support to children in a classroom setting
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, special education)
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £35,000 per annum
