Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and operational functions within the state, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our members. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a high-impact team of medical providers, counselors, and coordinators to help clients thrive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care services with Central to ensure comprehensive communication and quality overview for member care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee utilization and engagement, while reviewing utilization goals and developing action plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Central, Implementation, Tech, Product, Medical, and other State leaders to support projects and initiatives within the state.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience working in the treatment and recovery field.
  • Familiarity with State regulatory requirements for outpatient treatment services and CARF standards for care.
  • A Graduate Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensure within the state as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and/or Clinical Social Worker.
