Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and budget-compliant delivery of Cutover channel tasks for all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Cutover Delivery Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive Cutover project plans, highlighting critical paths, resolving issues, and planning resource capacity.
  • Coordinate with Transformation Project Managers and Product Managers to integrate Cutover deliverables into the overall technical delivery.
  • Schedule and manage channel activities and resources using workflow systems, ensuring alignment with PMO resourcing.
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, and changes, escalating where necessary.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting for weekly status updates, governance forums, working groups, and steering meetings.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups within the Transformation team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal delivery quality.
  • Manage business change requests efficiently and ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and support the management of dependencies with other workstreams.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Knowledge and practical experience of Project management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to convey concepts coherently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written accuracy and attention to detail.
