## Job Title: Roofer
## Location: Croydon, Penge, South Norwood
## Job Type: Permanent
## Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out roofing work to a high standard
- Work on a variety of roofing systems, including tiles, slates, and felt
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on roofs, including replacing damaged or worn-out materials
- Work at heights, using ladders and scaffolding as necessary
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently

### What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance
- Use of a company van and tools
- Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills
- Regular overtime opportunities
