Job Title: Roofer - Croydon

We are seeking an experienced Roofer with skills in other trades to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and void works in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform property MOTs and other tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience in roofing and other trades
  • Good customer care skills
