Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer quotations and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support the sales and design team in dealing with customer enquiries, providing solutions and resolving issues.
  • Provide showroom support, including welcoming customers, offering drinks, and introducing them to their showroom host.
  • Process and send out customer brochure requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and alone, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • IT savvy and able to use in-house systems.
  • Clean UK driving license and own transport.

Working Environment

Huntress is a friendly and diverse working environment, with two showrooms located in Aylesbury and Twickenham. As a Sales Design Advisor, you will be based between Aylesbury and Bicester, with easy access to the A41.
