About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Make decisions that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful as a Shift Supervisor, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
