About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Analyst to join our Internal Communications team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. As an Assistant Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our internal communications strategy, ensuring that our employees are informed and engaged in the Bank's mission and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal communications campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the creation and dissemination of internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, and intranet content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization
  • Provide analytical support to inform internal communications decisions and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest internal communications trends and best practices
Requirements
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
