Job Summary:

X4 Communications is seeking a highly motivated and analytical HEOR Analyst to join our team. As a HEOR Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough literature reviews and data analyses to support health economic modeling and research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models that align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies.
  • Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to HEOR.
  • Assist in writing manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for scientific conferences and publications.
  • Support the creation of value proposition documents and payer communication materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HEOR or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of health economics principles and outcomes measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
