The role of Compensation Strategist has become available due to the rapid growth of Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA via organic activity and strategic acquisitions. This position reports directly to the HR Director and supports a geographically dispersed workforce, making it a key hire for the HR team.

This is a newly created position that involves designing and implementing the reward and benefits strategy as well as its ongoing management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a broad range of cyclical activities alongside various programmes and projects, including:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive reward and benefits strategy
  2. Leading the annual salary and pay review processes
  3. Designing incentive schemes and recognition programmes
  4. Benchmarking and performance analysis
  5. Managing the administration of all employee benefits, including vendor management
  6. Data analysis, management, and reporting
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest reward and benefits innovations to ensure best practice
  8. Managing related systems and tools

You will be an experienced Reward and Benefits professional with a proven track record in pay, reward, and benefits, compensation trends, and regulatory requirements.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, reflecting the importance of this role within the organization. In addition to this, the company offers hybrid working arrangements and expects employees to be based in central Cardiff for 2-3 days a week.
