Are you a motivated and ambitious professional looking to develop your career in a dynamic and successful team? We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate (6-8 PQE) to join our Banking and Funds team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of matters relating to our banking practice, including acquisition finance and real estate finance. You will have the chance to work with a wide range of borrowers and lenders, and gain significant exposure to internationally focussed work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex transactions and projects, including acquisition finance and real estate finance
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
