About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate/Senior Associate to join our Banking and Funds team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work on a range of matters relating to acquisition finance and real estate finance, advising clients on significant transactions across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on complex banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance and real estate finance
  • Advise clients on significant transactions, working closely with lenders and borrowers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Banking and Funds team
