As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, operational management, and physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the CATS multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational running of the service, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and implement services that may require review and adjustment on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • BSc or Diploma in physiotherapy.
  • Relevant post-registration course or experience.
  • Significant leadership experience, including change management, team leadership, and performance management.
  • Clinical experience within own profession dealing with complex conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with complex/difficult/stressful situations.
  • Dexterity and accuracy required for clinical interventions.
