Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of high-end retail projects
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Manage delivery of several retail projects at any one time through the project life cycle, including programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Manage and administer contracts, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering Project Management / Employer's Agent duties, particularly in high-end retail projects
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Experience in procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Valid driving license
