Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive School Caretaker to manage the day-to-day maintenance and security of the school premises. As a caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, including repairs, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises, including classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems, including alarms and CCTV.
  • Assist with the setup and take down of equipment for events or activities.
  • Liaise with external contractors for major repairs or maintenance projects.

Requirements:
