Job Title: Operations Support Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team at St. James's Place. As an Operations Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling meetings, and preparing digital packs for meetings.
  • Distribute internal communications, including facilities memos, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up.
  • Support the facilitation of location and community-related events.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
  • Perform reception duties, including managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Strong administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries and workshop/webinar planning, with a background in a reception environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, while also being a team player who supports colleagues as needed.
  • Willingness to prioritize workload and take responsibility for tasks.
