Assistant Management Accountant

Nxtgen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Management Accountant to support the Finance team in maintaining high and accurate standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Private Equity Backed company with plans for continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze projects to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate accounts for all group entities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger duties, including credit control and VAT accuracy.
  • Support Audit requirements, ensuring seamless compliance with financial standards.

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified with management accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with Sage 200 and Xero accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with different departments and stakeholders.
